1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Products and handcrafted variations
Our products are handcrafted. Small variations in colour, texture, pattern, finish, dimensions, or placement are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are not necessarily defects. Product photographs and colours may also appear differently depending on lighting and device display settings. We try to describe products accurately but may correct genuine errors.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes when stated on the product or checkout page. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. Product availability, prices, promotions, and descriptions may change before an order is placed. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Orders and payment
Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after successful payment verification and our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock issues, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, inaccurate information, legal restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to the payment transaction. You agree not to use an unauthorized payment instrument or attempt to reverse a legitimate charge fraudulently.
5. Shipping and delivery
Available courier options, shipping prices, and estimated delivery windows are calculated using the delivery information and parcel details available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can result from courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, refusal, or return-to-origin may be recoverable where permitted by law.
6. Cancellations, issues, and refunds
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, personalization, packing, or shipment. Customized and personalized products may not be cancellable or returnable except where required by law or when damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order details and reasonable supporting photographs or video. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, return, or refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, or infringement.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, inventory, or security controls.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or scrape it at disruptive volume.
